1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaked product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (clear photos or videos).

Note:
Due to the nature of gardening products like soil, vermicompost, cocopeat, and fertilizers, returns for “change of mind” or “not needed” are not accepted.

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged or tampered product received

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product quality issue verified by our team

  • Courier lost the package during transit

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or UPI/bank account for COD orders).
Processing time:

  • 3–7 working days after approval

  • Bank processing may take additional time depending on your provider


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Opened or used cocopeat

  • Opened soil, compost, manure, or fertilizers

  • Products damaged due to incorrect usage

  • Items without proper proof of damage

We ensure product quality before dispatch and pack everything securely to avoid such situations.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid cancellation refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the order fails to deliver due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Customer not reachable

  • Customer rejecting the package

Return charges may apply, and refunds (if any) will be issued after deducting shipping costs.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting courier charges.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
